This meeting brought together over 75 collaborative partners from all of the
project clusters to participate in collaborative activities. Participants
received up dates and best practices information through plenary sessions and
concurrent discussion sessions. Clusters and working groups met in 3 working
sessions to review priorities, finalize logic models, identify strategies and
develop a comprehensive plan to be implemented in project years 2 & 3.
