The second Region 4 Genetics Collaborative Regional Meeting took place October
18-19, 2006 at the James B. Henry Center, Michigan State University, Lansing,
Michigan.

This meeting brought together over 100 collaborative partners from all of the
Region 4 project clusters to participate in collaborative activities, with a
special emphasis on planning for continuation. Participants received up-dates
on activities and outcomes, highlights about what has changed in the region
since the inception of Region 4 Genetics Collaborative and best practices
information through plenary, panel and discussion sessions. Clusters and
working groups met in breakout working sessions to review priorities and
finalize activities to be completed during this grant year. Some of the working
groups convened in additional evening and/or pre-meeting sessions to maximize
the opportunity for working face-to-face.

sessions, please click on Newborn Screening by MS/MS; Clinical Diagnosis &

Infrastructure link, you will need to select the working group(s) of interest.)
